The main attributions of the employee are:
It deals with the design of electrical installation works using the necessary programs for this purpose
Participates in the preparation of job offers together with the staff who have responsibilities in this field
Responds to all requests from superiors to perform tasks in accordance with the job description
Strictly observes the rules of labor protection and P.S.I from the objective where it carries out the service
Studying, managing and preparing execution documents, before handing them over to the team (electrical plans, cable logs and route plans, equipment lists, assembly standards, wiring diagrams)
Establishing, together with the clients, the assembly strategies and the areas of intervention of the teams
Preparation and launch of orders for materials needed by assembly teams, including labor protection materials
Together with the team leader, he monitors the conformity of the assembly activity
Centralization and periodic accounting of the activity reports of the teams, transmission of information to the hierarchical superior
Preparation of monthly billing situations
Ensuring the flow of communication between the team on site and the management at headquarters (requests for leave, medical certificates, any unexpected situations, etc.)
Management of administrative issues related to the accommodation and transport of the team
He is responsible for the good conduct of the team, both during and outside the working hours
Monitoring the documents of the personnel present on the site, for example: skills sheet, various necessary authorizations; checking the technical condition of the vehicles.
